Understand locked website-management options Select Website Template, Edit Content, Edit Brand Colors, Delivery and Preview Website are intentionally disabled while the storefront's live flag is off in the inspected app.

What to do Open Website Settings and look for LIVE TO UNLOCK. Check the Make your website live card above the management options. If you intend to publish, complete the profile gate and wait for the live confirmation. If you do not intend to publish yet, leave the switch off rather than enabling it merely to remove the lock. What you should see Once the app receives the live state, the management options become tappable.
If it does not work If the switch is confirmed on but rows remain locked, reopen Website Settings after refreshing the app's account state. Report the inconsistent screen instead of changing unrelated payment or delivery settings.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
