Sign out of the merchant app Logout is available at the bottom of Settings. Use it when you intentionally want to end access on that app session.

What to do Finish or record any unsaved edits. Open Settings and choose Logout. Wait for the app to return to Login. If the app reports Failed to logout, check the current session rather than assuming access ended. What you should see The app returns to its login screen after the logout service succeeds.
If it does not work Do not treat a failed logout as a completed security action. On a shared or lost device, follow the official account-security support process as needed. This guide does not claim that logging out one session revokes every other device.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
