Orders

Keep an operational note on the correct order

An order comment can preserve a short operational detail. It should not become a place to store payment credentials or excessive personal data.

What to do

  1. Open the intended order and use Add comment or Edit comment from the overflow menu.
  2. Write a concise, factual note that another authorised operator can understand.
  3. Avoid passwords, full banking details and unrelated customer information.
  4. Save and reopen the comment to confirm the intended text was retained.

What you should see

The note belongs to that order and explains a relevant action or exception.

If it does not work

A comment is not a state transition: writing refunded, shipped or paid does not itself perform those operations. If saving is uncertain, reload the order before adding another version. Keep dated external evidence where your normal business process requires it.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
