Preview a template without applying it A template thumbnail can open a demonstration inside the app. A demonstration is for evaluating a design; it is not proof that the same products or copy will appear in your store.

What to do Open Website Settings, then Select Website Template. Allow the available template list to load. Tap a template thumbnail to open its preview. Inspect the layout, then close the preview. Do not apply a change unless you intend to change your storefront. What you should see You return to the picker with the existing applied template unchanged unless you separately apply a selection.
If it does not work A missing thumbnail can fall back to the template name. If the list reports Failed to load website templates, retry the list rather than selecting an unknown template. Do not interpret a slow demonstration as an empty merchant catalogue.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
