Inventory

Find a product without mistaking a partial list for the whole catalogue

The inspected Inventory Management screen requests an initial set of up to 100 products and searches the loaded list. A missing search result is therefore not proof a product does not exist.

What to do

  1. Open Inventory Management and refresh the list.
  2. Search using a distinctive part of the product title.
  3. Clear the search and any low-stock filter to see whether the row was hidden.
  4. If a larger catalogue still has no match, check the product elsewhere in the app and report the missing inventory entry.

What you should see

A matching loaded row can be opened for the intended inventory task. Confirm the product identity before adjusting anything.

If it does not work

Do not recreate a product to solve a missing local search result. Include the product reference, catalogue size and applied filters in a support report; avoid a full customer or inventory export.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
