Inspect a bill before choosing Save or Share The bill-preview screen loads the PDF for inspection. Opening it is different from deliberately saving or sharing a permanent copy.

What to do Open the bill from the document list. Wait for the preview and check its document number. Read the customer and amount before using Save / Share. Choose the intended device destination or recipient, or close the preview without sharing. What you should see The viewed document matches the record you intended to distribute. Saving reuses the previewed file rather than creating a new bill.
If it does not work If the preview cannot load, resolve the connection or document error first. Do not forward a blank or unrelated file. On a shared device, remember that a downloaded PDF can remain outside the app even after you sign out.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
