What to do Check your preparation and transit process before choosing values. Open Delivery and find Estimated delivery window (days). Enter a coherent minimum and maximum for standard delivery and, if used, the fast tier. Save and inspect the customer-facing explanation alongside any preparation information. What you should see The saved ranges match your intended estimate and do not contradict other storefront wording.
If it does not work Do not enter a shorter maximum than minimum or copy a courier's best-case transit time while omitting your preparation work. If the app refuses the settings, correct the named fields; do not keep resubmitting unchanged values.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
