Add a UPI ID for direct payment Direct Pay is intended for a store without a payment gateway. Customers see the configured details after placing an order; the setting does not confirm that money arrived.

What to do Open Settings, then Direct Pay (UPI / Bank). Read the ON FILE section before entering anything. Saving replaces the whole set, so prepare every method you want to retain. Enter your own correct UPI ID and any bank details you also intend to keep. Choose Save payout details, inspect the masked saved result and review whether Offer direct pay at checkout is enabled. What you should see The saved UPI ID is shown masked and the method is available in the saved configuration.
If it does not work Leaving bank fields empty can remove a previously stored bank method. Never enter a UPI PIN, OTP or password. Confirm each actual customer transfer in your own bank or UPI app before accepting payment as received.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
