What to do Open Delivery and locate Checkout note. Write a short factual message consistent with rates, thresholds and delivery estimates. Choose Save Delivery Settings. Inspect the delivery step and compare the note with the amount and options shown. What you should see The note is visible in the intended place and agrees with the actual quote.
If it does not work Do not type a free-shipping promise while leaving a conflicting paid configuration. Avoid private contact details or customer-specific information in a public note. If a rule changes later, update both its setting and the explanatory text.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
