Remove stored direct-payment details Remove payout details is a deliberate removal action. The app warns that customers will no longer be offered these UPI or bank-transfer details; existing orders are unaffected.

What to do Review whether any customers are already using previously supplied details. Open Direct Pay and choose Remove payout details. Read the confirmation. Choose Cancel if you are not certain; choose Remove only when intended. Reopen the screen to confirm the resulting saved state. What you should see The old methods are no longer shown as stored direct-payment options.
If it does not work Removal is not a bank-account closure, payment reversal, refund or order cancellation. Keep handling existing transfers and orders through their normal records. If removal fails, do not assume the methods disappeared; verify before communicating a change.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
