Delivery

Read the ship-by estimate without promising a delivery date

The order layout can derive a ship-by value by subtracting configured delivery days from the expected delivery date. This is a planning calculation, not a live courier guarantee.

What to do

  1. Inspect the expected date and delivery information on the order.
  2. Check the configured number of delivery days and whether it reflects the service you intend to use.
  3. Compare the derived timing with actual production readiness and the courier's current estimate.
  4. Tell the customer about any material delay before making a replacement promise.

What you should see

You understand why the displayed planning date appears and can assess whether it is operationally realistic.

If it does not work

Do not treat a computed date as proof of a booked pickup or guaranteed arrival. If its inputs are wrong, correct the underlying information through the appropriate workflow instead of relying on an unexplained date in the UI.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
