Understand an empty cart after changing browser or store

The storefront uses a store-scoped browser cart as part of its cart workflow. A bag on another device, browser or merchant address is not guaranteed to be the same bag.

What to do

  1. Confirm you opened the intended merchant's address.
  2. Return to the browser where you added the items, if available.
  3. Check whether private browsing or a recent clearing of site data removed the local cart.
  4. Re-add only the intended products after verifying that no order was already submitted.

What you should see

The right store and browser context should make the cart state understandable. An empty bag does not itself cancel an existing order.

If it does not work

Do not clear all browser data as the first troubleshooting step; it can remove useful session information. If checkout was already submitted, look up the order or contact the merchant before recreating it.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
