Review low-stock alerts without treating them as purchase orders

The alerts screen helps you find products needing attention. It does not place a replenishment order or decide how much you should buy.

What to do

  1. Open Low Stock Alerts and refresh the results.
  2. Use All, Critical or Warning to focus the list.
  3. Open the affected product and compare its recorded balance with a physical count and outstanding commitments.
  4. Decide whether to replenish, correct a count or reduce customer promises before making any change.

What you should see

You have a verified list of items to investigate, rather than an assumption that every alert requires the same action.

If it does not work

A threshold is an operational setting, not a demand forecast. Check supplier lead time and existing incoming stock separately. If the list seems wrong, record the product reference and threshold rather than editing stock solely to remove the alert.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
