Understand Pay the store directly at checkout Direct Pay is different from an integrated gateway. Where enabled, the store asks you to place the order, then pay the displayed UPI or bank details from your own payment app.

What to do Read the payment-method explanation before ordering. Check the order and amount on the resulting payment instructions. Verify the recipient through the store's genuine contact route if anything appears wrong. Keep your payment reference and wait for the merchant's receipt confirmation. What you should see A transfer made in your payment app and an order marked received are separate events. The store confirms when the money arrives.
If it does not work Do not pay twice because the page has not updated immediately. Never share a UPI PIN, bank password or OTP with the merchant or support. If the recipient or amount is unexpected, stop and verify it before transferring.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
