Store setup

Turn on your storefront after completing the profile

Use this when Website Settings still shows Make your website live. Turning it on changes customer access; complete this deliberately rather than using it to test a button.

What to do

  1. Open Website Settings and read the current live status.
  2. Tap Make your website live once. If Almost ready to go live appears, choose Complete profile and fill the missing items shown by the app.
  3. Return to Website Settings after saving the profile and request the change again.
  4. Wait for Your storefront is live, then use Preview Website to check the correct merchant address.

What you should see

The switch should remain on after the server confirms. The website-management rows become available. A tap without the success message is not proof the store is public.

If it does not work

If the profile message returns, use its current missing-item list. Do not repeatedly toggle or enter invented identity details. If the app reports a network error, reopen the screen and check the saved state before retrying.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
