What to do Open Track Order on the store. Enter the exact order number. Supply the email address or phone number used for that order. Submit the lookup and read the returned order and timeline. What you should see A successful lookup shows the matched order details and available progress information.
If it does not work If no order is found, check the reference, store and contact for typing differences. A lookup error does not mean you should place another order. Contact the merchant privately with the reference; do not publish the full order or customer contact.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
