Find the app version before reporting a problem

The inspected Settings screen includes a version footer so support can distinguish the running app and update bundle. Version context matters when labels differ from a help draft.

Source checked · 26 September 2026

What to do

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Scroll to the version information at the bottom.
  3. Record the displayed app and update information exactly as shown.
  4. Include it with the screen name, time and a short description of the problem.

What you should see

Your support report identifies the interface version instead of saying only that the app is the latest.

If it does not work

Do not send a full account dump or notification token to prove the version. A redacted screenshot of the footer is enough where appropriate. Source-checked help may describe a newer or different version than the one on your device.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
