What to do Open Website Settings, then Delivery. Keep Offer delivery on if you intend to deliver. Choose the flat pricing option and enter Standard rate (₹) as a non-negative value. Choose Save Delivery Settings, then reopen the screen and inspect a checkout delivery quote without submitting an order. What you should see The saved standard rate is retained and the applicable checkout quote reflects the configuration.
If it does not work Do not use a negative amount. If loading fails, do not save the displayed defaults over an unknown existing configuration. Record the error and retry loading first. A note saying free shipping does not override the pricing fields.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
