Open My Orders using your checkout email

My Orders is customer access for a particular merchant, not the merchant's own administration login. It uses the email entered at checkout.

What to do

  1. Open My Orders on the correct store.
  2. Enter your checkout email and request the code.
  3. Enter the six-digit OTP delivered to that email.
  4. After verification, review the order list and use the available pagination or refresh controls.

What you should see

The store's order history loads for the authorised customer session. An expired session asks you to log in again.

If it does not work

The send-code message deliberately says an OTP is sent if that email has orders. It is not confirmation that a particular address exists. Keep the code private and do not ask someone else to forward their customer-access OTP.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
