What to do Open Delivery and inspect both pincode lists. Enter complete six-digit exclusions in Blocked pincodes (blacklist). Avoid contradictory entries in both lists until their outcome has been checked. Save and verify a blocked destination in checkout without creating an order. What you should see The exclusion is retained after reopening and the tested destination is not offered as a normal serviceable delivery.
If it does not work Do not claim nationwide delivery from an empty whitelist without considering exclusions and real courier coverage. If a code disappears, check its format. If the quote disagrees with the saved list, report both states and do not change unrelated settings.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
