Download an already generated bill Download uses the existing bill reference. A PDF download is separate from creating or collecting an order payment.

What to do Open the order, choose Money and find the Bill section. Check the document number and choose Download PDF. On iOS, use the share sheet offered by the app. On Android, check the downloaded-file message and Downloads location. Open the PDF and confirm the order and recipient before forwarding it. What you should see You have a readable local document with the expected number. Keep customer documents private and share only with the intended recipient.
If it does not work If downloading fails, check the connection and available storage, then retry the download rather than generating another bill. Do not publish a customer PDF in a support ticket; provide its document number and a redacted error instead.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
