What to do Describe what is included, relevant dimensions and any important limits. Enter the description in the product form. Read any validation message and correct it before submission. Save once, reopen the product and check the public wording. What you should see The saved description contains the intended information and the validation message is gone.
If it does not work Do not add unsupported material, safety or performance claims. If several products are similar, check that the description belongs to this exact one. A saved description is public content, so exclude customer messages and private order details.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
