Complete the fields your merchant requires at checkout Checkout fields are loaded from the merchant configuration, so two stores can ask for different information. Complete the labels shown on your current store rather than following a fixed universal form.

What to do Review the cart and continue to Request Details. Fill each required field using accurate information. Read the validation beside any field that prevents continuing. Wait for any requested image upload and delivery check to finish before proceeding. What you should see You can reach the review step with the required details intact and readable.
If it does not work The inspected physical checkout checks phone, email, pincode and address formats where those fields apply. Do not insert placeholder personal information just to pass validation. If the form itself cannot load, retry later rather than treating missing fields as optional.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
