Save the three supported brand colours

Edit Brand Colors controls primary, secondary and accent values. It is not a free-form editor for every font, spacing or layout property.

Source checked · 26 September 2026

What to do

  1. Open Website Settings, then Edit Brand Colors.
  2. Record the current values before changing them.
  3. Enter valid hexadecimal colours such as #D17C45; each of the three fields must be valid.
  4. Use the save control and wait for Brand colors updated successfully, then inspect readable text and controls in your storefront.

What you should see

The saved values reload on the colour screen and the supported storefront theme uses them.

If it does not work

An Invalid color message means at least one value does not match the accepted three- or six-digit hexadecimal format. A valid colour value can still produce poor contrast. Correct readability rather than treating successful saving as accessibility approval.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
