Find items, money and delivery in the order details screen The current order-details layout separates information into tabs. Service orders may show Bookings where a physical order uses a delivery view.

What to do Open the order and confirm its customer and reference. Use the items tab to inspect quantities and selected products. Open Money for the recorded total, paid amount, due balance and bill controls. Use Delivery or Bookings for the fulfilment information appropriate to that order. What you should see You are inspecting the right part of the order without changing its state. The item badge reflects units, not necessarily a count of unique products.
If it does not work If the screen differs, note the app version and order type before assuming information has disappeared. A service booking and a parcel shipment are different workflows; do not create a shipment just to complete a service record.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
