Delivery

Limit delivery using serviceable pincodes

Serviceable pincodes (whitelist) accepts comma-separated six-digit entries. A blank list is described in the interface as not restricting delivery to a whitelist.

What to do

  1. Confirm the locations your fulfilment process supports.
  2. Open Delivery and find Pincode rules.
  3. Enter complete six-digit pincodes in Serviceable pincodes (whitelist).
  4. Save, reopen and confirm the retained list. Check one intended allowed address and one outside the list without submitting an order.

What you should see

The stored list contains the intended codes and the checkout behaves consistently for the checked addresses.

If it does not work

The app filters malformed entries while preparing the list. Reopen after saving so a mistyped code does not silently disappear unnoticed. Do not use postal ranges, city names or partial codes in this field.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
