What to do Open Delivery and review the standard option first. Turn on Offer fast delivery. Enter Fast rate (₹) and the relevant estimated fast-delivery window. Save, reopen the settings, and inspect both delivery choices in a non-submitted checkout. What you should see The fast tier remains configured and the shopper can distinguish its price and estimate from standard delivery where offered.
If it does not work Switching the tier off clears its active fast-rate and fast-window values in the submitted configuration. Do not describe the faster estimate as guaranteed arrival without an operational basis. Resolve save failures before promoting the option.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
