What to do Open Website Settings and choose Preview Website when available. Wait for account details and the website to load. Read the address above the preview and check the merchant name and catalogue. Tap the address area to copy it; wait for URL copied to clipboard. Paste it somewhere you can inspect before sharing. What you should see The copied address matches the intended merchant and the preview displays that store.
If it does not work If no subdomain is loaded, the preview may remain blank. Do not share a demo address or assume that a template demonstration belongs to you. Refresh account details or contact support with the displayed URL and app version, without tokens or customer information.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
