What to do Open Categories and read the empty-state wording. Clear Search categories to remove an accidental filter. Refresh the list on a working connection. Search again using a short distinctive part of the category name. What you should see The expected category appears or the refreshed list confirms that it is absent.
If it does not work A failed network load should not be treated as proof that every category was deleted. Do not recreate an entire catalogue from an empty-looking screen. Report a persistent load problem with the app version and time.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
