Delivery

Update an order tracking ID carefully

A tracking ID should refer to the parcel actually handed to the selected delivery service. Entering an identifier is not proof the parcel has shipped.

What to do

  1. Open the order's Delivery tab and confirm the customer and parcel.
  2. Use the tracking-ID edit action when available.
  3. Enter the identifier from your actual shipment record and save once.
  4. Read the updated tracking information and check that it belongs to this order.

What you should see

The app confirms Tracking ID updated after the save. Compare the saved value with the carrier record before sharing it.

If it does not work

If the carrier has not yet recognised the number, check for a copying error and the carrier's own update timing. Do not fabricate an AWB to remove an empty state. Avoid sharing a customer's full address in screenshots used to report a tracking problem.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
