What to do Read every method currently shown under ON FILE. Prepare the complete UPI and bank values for every method that should remain available. Enter both sets if both must remain. Leave a set empty only if you intend to remove that method. Save, reopen the screen and check the masked methods and enabled state. What you should see The saved list contains exactly the methods you intended to retain.
If it does not work The app deliberately does not return the full saved account number, so you must obtain it from your own records rather than copy a masked value. Do not type bullets or a partially masked number into an input. If saving fails, verify the saved state before another attempt.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
