Read stock history before making another correction

History is the place to investigate which movement changed a product's quantity. Read the event and its context before deciding whether another adjustment is needed.

What to do

  1. Open the stock-transaction history for the intended product.
  2. Check the product name and refresh the screen.
  3. Use the available purchase, sale, adjustment or return filter to narrow the events.
  4. Compare the time, quantity and available notes with your own receipt or order reference.

What you should see

You should be able to distinguish the movement you are investigating from unrelated events. A filter changes the view, not the stock itself.

If it does not work

If an expected event is missing, remove the filter and refresh before concluding that the action failed. Do not repeat a stock-changing action merely because a filtered history looks empty.

For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
