What to do Read the error beside Product Name. Enter a clear name identifying the actual item, not only spaces or a single character. Check that useful size or pack context fits without relying on a truncated ending. Complete other required fields, save and inspect the resulting product title. What you should see The name validation clears and the saved title identifies the intended product.
If it does not work Do not repeatedly rename an existing item to force a save when another field is failing. If the name is accepted but the overall operation fails, record the actual error. A minimum length does not guarantee a useful customer-facing name.
For support, include the screen name, time, app version and a redacted error. Never share passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or secret keys.
