The buyer needs to know what will arrive
An original, a print and a framed print are different products. State the format, dimensions, substrate and included framing accurately. A room mock-up can be useful presentation, but it should not leave the buyer guessing whether the frame or surrounding objects are included.
Use options for the actual editions you sell
Where sizes or finishes are repeatable, define the combinations and their prices. Do not imply that every artwork is available in every size. Keep rights and reproduction permissions under your own verified process; the platform cannot establish ownership from an uploaded image.
Make dispatch assumptions visible
A made-to-order print and a ready-to-ship original may need different preparation time. Explain the genuine process and configure the delivery offer accordingly. A requested date is not proof that printing, framing and transit can all be completed in that window.
Evaluate with a representative purchase
Choose a listing whose size or framing choice could easily be misunderstood. Inspect it on a phone, then check how the chosen option appears in the cart and order. The available catalogue tools organise information; they do not provide colour-proofing, edition authentication or automatic licensing verification.
